Leila’s work has empowered countless women to let go of patterns that no longer serve them and rediscover their inner strength.
How did your journey into love coaching and spiritual mentorship begin? Was there a defining moment that put you on this path?
It was definitely a combination of things. Working in a corporate environment, I met so many successful, amazing women who seemed to have it all but often felt unfulfilled. Seeing their struggle inspired me to think about what I could offer. I also experienced heartbreak myself, including with my husband, which led me on my own path of healing, spirituality, and self-discovery. My upbringing also played a role—I grew up surrounded by strong single women, and I wanted to understand the dynamics behind love and fulfillment. Ultimately, I realized that helping others navigate these complexities was my calling.
When did you realize you had a gift for guiding others, and how did it evolve into your career?
I've always been the person people come to for advice. At 19, when I was dealing with my own heartbreak, I turned to a shaman for guidance. That journey led me to apprentice with him for ten years, where I learned about energy, spirituality, and mindset. Through this deep inner work, I answered the big questions about who I was and what I believed. That journey of self-transformation shaped the holistic approach I now use with my clients.
How did your personal healing journey lead you to develop this unique, holistic approach?
My healing journey involved trying everything—therapy, energy work like Reiki, acupuncture, and spiritual practices. I found that none of these methods alone could create lasting change. My approach, which I call “Soul Medicine,” addresses the mind, body, and spirit. Transformation truly sticks when we work on all three levels because, otherwise, one unresolved area pulls you back to old patterns. This approach allows for deep, lasting change that supports my clients through everything.
You’ve helped so many women find their power in love and relationships. What’s one of the most rewarding transformations you’ve witnessed?
One client kept attracting the same type of man who ultimately didn’t meet her needs. She was frustrated, wondering why this pattern kept repeating. Through our work, she realized the energy she was putting out and made internal shifts. Suddenly, she stopped attracting these “Dusty” men, as we call them, and found a partner who was aligned with her worth. They’re now happily married, and she’s found joy and fulfillment in ways she hadn’t imagined. It’s amazing to witness how powerful self-love and inner alignment can be.
How do you help clients shift from heartbreak or self-doubt into a place of wholeness and worthiness?
Wholeness, to me, is about balancing our human side with our spiritual self. Some spiritual philosophies emphasize “killing the ego,” but I believe it’s important to honor both our humanity and our soul. True self-love is about complete self-acceptance, embracing all of our quirks, flaws, and strengths. When you own every part of yourself, no one can shake your confidence. It’s a powerful place to operate from, and it’s what I work to instill in my clients.
You often emphasize that love isn’t about chasing or forcing things. How do you guide women to let go of control and trust the flow of love?
Many of us are taught to look outside ourselves for validation. This can make us feel like we’re not enough, especially if we’re single or in an unsatisfying relationship. I help women see that they don’t need to chase love; instead, they need to trust their own worth. When they do, they naturally attract partners who match their energy. It’s about letting go of that “lack” mentality and realizing that you’re complete as you are.
Many women, especially moms, struggle with balancing self-love while taking care of others. How do you support women in finding that balance?
I’m a big advocate for putting yourself first. In my own family, my husband and I make it clear to our kids that we prioritize our relationship because a strong partnership creates a healthy environment for everyone. Women often feel they need to sacrifice their needs, but the truth is, the more we take care of ourselves, the more we can give to others. You can only give from a place of abundance.
What do you wish more women understood about their own power in manifesting love and healthy relationships?
I wish every woman understood that she has the power to change her experiences. We don’t have to settle for less than we deserve or put up with situations that don’t serve us. I tell my clients that even if you feel stuck, you have the power to shift your life and attract what you truly want. Believing in that possibility is the first step toward transformation.
You offer different types of support, from quick, transformative intensives to long-term coaching programs. How do you help women decide what’s right for them?
It depends on their needs. For women going through intense heartbreak or an immediate issue, my one-on-one work offers tailored, deep support. For those who prefer community and shared experiences, my “Worthy and Whole” group program is perfect. I also have a “Heartbreak to Wholeness” intensive, a quick dive into their journey, with two weeks of support via voice coaching. It’s all about meeting them where they are and helping them feel empowered in their choices.
